Meet Your Hosts Chef & Doc
Chef: A retired, 27-year, New York State Critical Care Paramedic, Field Training Officer, and shift supervisor with specialties in Critical Care Paramedicine, Advanced Hazmat Life Support, Pediatric and Adult Advanced Life Support, Basic & Intermediate Trauma Life Support, and command training in NIMS (National Incident Management System). Chef, also sometimes known as “Martha” (Stewart), is currently working with Doc as assistant manager of an executive car service in SWFL. He enjoys cooking, grilling, baking, fishing, sitting on the beach, heading to the range with Doc, spending time on Doc’s boat, and being the brainchild behind the Sirens & Shenanigans Podcast.
Doc: A retired, 21-year, New York State Paramedic, Field Training Officer and occasional shift supervisor with specialties in Advanced Hazmat Life Support, Pediatric and Adult Advanced Life Support, Basic & Intermediate Trauma Life Support, and command training in NIMS (National Incident Management System). Also, as a former volunteer Fireman Doc was certified in Interior Attack, Confined Space Rescue, Swift Water Rescue, Pump and Ladder Operations, Vehicle Extrication, and Hazardous Materials Response. Doc now manages an executive car service in SWFL and enjoys fishing, competitive shooting, being out on his boat as much as possible, and entertaining you, our listeners.
